Binders

Technical Overview – CO₂ Process Binders & Additives

The binders exhibit a rapid hardening rate, resulting in increased production efficiency. Reduced gassing time lowers CO₂ consumption while delivering higher gassed strength, leading to improved core shelf life, even under damp environmental conditions.
These binders enhance surface finish, reduce fettling costs, and are widely used in moulds and cores to improve de-coring and collapsibility characteristics
